Lots of noise

There's a lot of noise out on the internet with sites like Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.  With the advancement of cell phones it's easier to communicate what you are thinking about how many people actually listen.  Everyone is posting their latest statuses but are people truly listening?  Twitter is one platform that I really wonder how well people listen.  If you post a Tweet from your phone how often do you take the time to read other people's Tweets?
